Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels intact. Kindly attach your order invoice. Our team has the right to not allow for returns or exchanges if items do not meet the requirements. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online purchase
MSN NEW items purchased online can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. For returned items, you will be reimbursed in a form of Store Credit in your account within 7 business days upon receiving your returns.

In-store purchase
MS NEW items purchased in-store are only eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. You may only exchange your item at MS NEW store.

Exclusions
For Accessories, returns or exchanges are not allowed due to hygiene reasons. For Wellness, returns or exchanges are not allowed due to hygiene reasons.
